Melissa’s Rescued Pets Growing up in the country contributed to Melissa's love for animals. Her family had dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and one little goat. Melissa currently enjoys caring for her adopted dogs and cats. Melissa has a knack for picking up strays when she comes across them. They just seem to find her and she loves reconnecting them with their original owners or finding them a new home. Her family members are used to her pulling into their driveways with random animals sitting in the front seat of her car. Luckily they have showed compassion for her bleeding heart and have allowed her to find them homes, while generously caring for them themselves. In her free time she likes to take them to the beach and provide them with as natural a lifestyle as possible through holistic healthcare and organic diet practices.

They have been used in archaic cruel and painful ways by testing for skin/eye irritation and cancer in common beauty ingredients. Vegetarians For Humane Slaughter Practices By advocating for more humane quick kill practices in slaughter houses, animal welfare organizations can work for better conditions now rather than trying to instantly change the fact that people use animals for food. It is wonderful to be vegetarian or vegan, yet trying to force the entire world to adopt these practices can cause a lot more pain and suffering for animals by delaying more immediate changes in creating humane farming practices while currently using them for food. I still highly advocate living a vegetarian diets and doing your best to only consume cruelty free beauty, and lifestyle products.
